1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on palbet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all rules and regulations applicable to the use of the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register, access, or use the Platform.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via email or Platform notification. Your continued use of palbet following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on palbet. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine law and is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

palbet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension or closure, and forfeiture of any funds or winnings in the account.

2.2 Jurisdiction

You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal at the time of account registration and gameplay. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws. palbet does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.

2.3 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must update your account information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

You may register only one account. Multiple accounts registered by the same person are prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorized by you.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify palbet support immediately.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

3.1 Payment Methods

palbet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All deposits must originate from accounts registered in your name. Third-party payments are not permitted.

3.2 Deposit Limits

You may set personal deposit limits through your account settings. Once set, these limits cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours. Requests to decrease deposit limits take effect immediately.

3.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise approved by palbet. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, which may require submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 5 business days.

3.4 Fees

palbet does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers (GCash, PayMaya, banks) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

3.5 Currency

All transactions on palbet are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate, which may include conversion fees imposed by your payment provider.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by palbet are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are published alongside each promotion.

Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require that you wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (e.g., 30x, 40x) before winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10% or less.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

palbet reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses if it determines that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, exploiting software errors, or using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

5. Gameplay Rules

5.1 Fair Play

All games on palbet use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) tested and approved by independent agencies such as eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be manipulated by palbet or by players.

5.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. palbet will investigate malfunctions and restore account balances to their pre-malfunction state. If winnings were incorrectly credited due to a malfunction, palbet reserves the right to deduct those amounts.

5.3 Disconnections

If your internet connection is interrupted during gameplay, any bets placed before disconnection remain valid. Upon reconnection, you can review game outcomes in your account history. For live casino games, disconnections during a hand or round will result in automatic decisions per the game's published rules.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate gameplay
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs or errors
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including money laundering or using stolen payment methods
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt Platform operations
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform

6. Responsible Gaming

palbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion options, and access to professional support resources.

If you believe your gaming is becoming problematic, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with you to set appropriate limits or facilitate self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players who self-exclude forfeit any active bonuses.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the palbet Platform, including software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and game designs, is owned by palbet or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of palbet is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By accepting these Terms, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, palbet, its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of palbet shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and compliance with withdrawal procedures.

10.2 Termination by palbet

palbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff or other players
• Extended account inactivity

If your account is terminated for cause, palbet may withhold funds pending investigation. If funds are determined to be legitimately yours, they will be returned minus any applicable fees or amounts owed to palbet.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact palbet customer support. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days. Most disputes can be resolved through this process.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

11.3 Arbitration

Where permitted by law, disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support may be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 Waiver

No waiver by palbet of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. palbet may assign or transfer its rights and obligations at any time without notice.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and palbet and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
